Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your item, choose any available options (such as size or color), and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and complete your payment to confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. If it has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

How long does shipping take?
Australia: 5–10 business days
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what does that mean?
Tracking updates may take a few days depending on the carrier. If there is no movement after 5–7 business days, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
How do I request a return?
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Products
Will jewellery tarnish or fade?
Our pieces are designed with quality materials, but exposure to water, sweat, and chemicals may affect longevity. We recommend removing jewellery before showering or swimming.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Most of our pieces are made with skin-friendly materials. If you have sensitive skin, check individual product descriptions or contact us for details.
Do you offer different sizes?
