Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lucent Row is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.
